The short version
- 7 days: request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Full amount: you get back the full amount you paid, including any tax charged at checkout.
- Back to your original payment method: refunds are issued through Dodo Payments.
How to request a refund
- Reply to the receipt email you received from Dodo Payments after your purchase, or
- contact us through Support with the email address you used at checkout.
Once approved, the refund is sent to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take several business days to appear.
After a refund
When your refund is issued, your license ends. Please remove NotchMemo from your Mac. Your notes and other data stay on your Mac — we never had a copy of them.
After 7 days
Requests made more than 7 days after purchase aren’t covered by this policy. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.
